InterOcean Systems is committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers throughout the industries and commercial markets we serve. We will operate and manage our business in a manner that consistently meets or exceeds the expectations and quality standards set by our stakeholders with the goal of earning and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. We will work to design, manufacture, and support best-in-class equipment demanded by our clients and customers and work collaboratively with government and industry partners to develop new methods and technologies to more effectively serve their needs.

To achieve these goals we are committed to:

Ensure that all products are designed and manufactured to comply with customer requirements and with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Ensure that all products meet or exceed their published specifications.

Maintain and continually improve the effectiveness of our quality and business management systems to conform, at a minimum, to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard or to more stringent standards as determined by specific market requirements.

Continually monitor the perceptions of our customers and work to improve their satisfaction at all levels and provide internal feedback.

Incorporate comprehensive planning and risk-based decision making into all of our design, manufacturing, and quality management processes.

Consult regularly with our employees, contractors and suppliers to better understand their observations and insights.

Establish quality standards for our suppliers and hold them accountable for compliance.

InterOcean Systems Quality Objectives

InterOcean Systems has established the following Quality Objectives:

(1) Document and establish improvements to the quality management system as required to achieve full compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and obtain certification no later than Q1 2026.

(2) Establish and improve communication within the company about the quality management system and its processes and ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities.

(3) Ensure that all products and services comply with contract requirements and published specifications. We will accomplish this by design reviews, evaluation and assessment of inspection reports, and documented results of our factory acceptance testing. Our goal is 100% compliance and acceptance.

(4) Ensure that all products and services are delivered on time and as promised to our customers. Our goal is to monitor and reduce both the number of late shipments and the time delays experienced by our customers.

(5) Monitor customer satisfaction and achieve measurable improvement in each calendar year. Our goal is to reduce warranty claims as a percentage of sales volume and increase positive customer feedback.

(6) Monitor supplier performance and audit supplier compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other qualify, safety, and environmental standards. Our goal is to achieve audit results demonstrating 100% compliance.
