Due to increased demand and expansion of our successful business, InterOcean has several exceptional opportunities available for a qualified Technical Support Professional. - Advanced troubleshooting experience and strong analytical problem solving skills. - Troubleshoot complex system issues in a timely manner - using abstract thought, data analysis, problem solving methodology and other available tools - to achieve compliance to InterOcean specifications and customer requirements - Ability to read complex drawings and understand circuit diagrams. - Ability to test and evaluate circuit boards. - Familiarity with serial communications. - Ability to use a variety of precision testing and measuring instruments. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for corresponding with customers. - Effective interpersonal communication skills for working directly with customers. - Detailed organized documentation of project activities. - PC literate (Microsoft Office and Windows 98, 2000, XP). - Will report directly to technical sales manager, but will work also with engineering and test departments. Education/Experience Requirements: - Minimum four year university education preferred - Engineering degree a bonus. - Documented history of technical customer support experience.
